Davisville is the perfect neighbourhood because of its close proximity to the Toronto city core, popular restaurants, clubs, movie theatres, grocery stores, and any other amenity that one may need. Most houses in the Davisville neighbourhood were built in the 1920`s and 1930`s. The area was a popular spot for families, but due to some new condominium projects the neighbourhood has also attracted some single residents. The Mount Pleasant cemetery borders the Davisville neighbourhood. Although it is a cemetery it is a popular spot for bike riding, jogging and taking long walks while enjoying the beautiful greenery. Davisville has 2 subways stations in the neighbourhood, one located at Yonge and Eglinton and another at Yonge and Davisville which makes it quick and easy to get downtown.
