Roncesvalles homes for sale consist mostly of semi-detached and detached homes. It has a strong Polish community and this is reflected in the businesses and institutions in the area. Every fall the neighbourhood has a Roncesvalles Village Polish Festival which exhibits the Polish culture, it also offers amusement park like rides, clothing, food and cultural stands as well as a lot of Polish music and entertainment!

Roncesvalles has several bars, cafe’s and restaurants, some with live music. Roncesvalles has many schools including: Fern Avenue Public School, Garden Avenue Junior Public School, Howard Junior Public School and St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Elementary School. The largest park in the area is High Park which features playgrounds, a fishing pond, a zoo, may sports fields, a swimming pool and walk and jogging paths. Sorauren Avenue Park is located in the neighbourhood; it is much smaller than High Park but has some great amenities which include two tennis courts and two soccer fields.
